Practise governance based on the principles of syura or consultation and integrity the opportunity for the people to voice their opinion in contributing towards a more progressive and resilient development of a cooperative. This was among the matters discussed during the 2nd Annual General Meeting of Koperasi Alumni Al-Azhar, KOPAZ Berhad that was held at the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University.

In attendance were Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Norarfan bin Haji Zainal, Deputy Minister of Education who is also the Vice Chairperson of KOPAZ Berhad Board, and Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, Chairperson of KOPAZ Berhad Board. The event continued with the dissolution of KOPAZ Berhad Board Members for the 2025-2026 session, and the appointment for new board members for the 2026-2027 session.
